Crates: before any pull can resolve, the server writes SHA-256(seed) into the write-once ledger; the seed is revealed when the 2-minute window closes, and this page recomputes every roll. Crosses need no secrets at all: the child of a cross is the nearest concept to the blend of its parents in the Survey's public vector space — this page replays that arithmetic bit-for-bit (exact f32) and confirms the discovery was inevitable. Plaques and receipts are WORM records: there is no second first.
